Activities run by the Association £1.50 per adult, £1 per child.

Please note that the above charges do include the use of the dining room for dances etc but not the hire of the school kitchen. Currently there is no charge for the use of the school kitchen outwith school hours but this arrangement may be reviewed.
All hires require a keyholder or steward on the premises at all times.
PRIVATE HIRES & NON LOCAL HIRES
£12 per hour plus cost of the room.
Any extra cleaning following hires will be charged at standard stewards’ rates (£12 per hour).
Above rates are effective for hires occurring after 8th December 2020.
All bookings are to be made with Annette Kirkpatrick, booking clerk for the Shapinsay Community Association between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
