EVENT RATE – This booking is for:-
• the evening prior to the event to set up
• the day of the event
• the morning after to clean up
Charity Events
The maximum fee for a charity event hiring the hall for 1 day will be £40.
All hires require a keyholder or steward on the premises at all times.
STEWARD’S RATE £13 per hour plus cost of the room.
Any extra cleaning following hires will be charged at standard stewards’
rates (£13 per hour).
There is currently no charge for use of the school kitchen but this may
change in line with OIC charges and guidelines.
Above rates are effective for hires occurring after 1st November 2021
All bookings are to be made with Annette Kirkpatrick, booking clerk for the
Shapinsay Community Association between the hours of 9am and 9pm.
