The Boathouse contains 2 office spaces, used by staff, 1 conference room ,a kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 disabled toilet and a garden with 2 picnic benches.

Kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine. The washing machine can be used by locals if their washing machine breaks down, please get in touch first to ensure it’s available.

We have a meeting room with space for board for meetings.

We have a printer/scanner for public use – there is a small charge for this facility.

We offer free hand sanitiser refills for residents.

We have our storage shed for ebikes and non-electric bikes
